Wreaths Across America has a mission to “Remember, Honor, Teach.” As an organization, they strive to remember the fallen, honor those who served, as well as their families, and teach the future generations about the sacrifices made to preserve our freedom. As part of their mission and outreach, each December, Wreaths Across America works with local cemeteries across the United States to lay wreaths on the graves of veterans. This year’s event is Saturday, December 18, 2021.
The Kiwanis Club of Ellicott City is partnering with Wreaths Across America to honor local veterans in our community by securing wreath sponsorships. All wreaths sponsored through the link below will be laid at Crestlawn Memorial Garden (Marriottsville) and St John Evangelical Church (Columbia).
Each wreath costs $15 to sponsor; the Kiwanis Club of Ellicott City will receive $5 back on each wreath sponsorship we secure. All money raised through the $5 give back program will be used to directly carry out service projects that assist our local Ellicott City and Howard County community.
The Kiwanis Club of Ellicott City would like to thank you for your support, not only to our club, but also towards Wreaths Across America and their wonderful mission!
