About our Kiwanis club

Welcome to the website for the Kiwanis Club of Ellicott City!

Our mission is to improve the lives of youth, families and the communities in Howard County and to support Kiwanis International in their mission throughout the world.

We have served the communities within Howard County for over 79 years!

Kiwanis International is a fellowship of nearly 600,000 members in thousands of clubs across more than 80 countries around the world.  Every year, Kiwanians initiate 150,000 service projects and raise more than $100 million for our communities.  You can find more information about Kiwanis International by visiting their website:  www.kiwanis.org

For more than a century, Kiwanis has created opportunities for children to be curious, safe and healthy regardless of the community in which they live. When you give a child the chance to learn, experience, dream, grow, succeed and thrive, great things can happen.
